INphysics is seeking a full time Therapy Medical Physicist based in Indianapolis, IN to join our growing team in Indiana. Clinic Information:
The facility is part of the Community Hospital System and The Cancer Center is affiliated with MD Anderson.
This position would be mainly based out of the Community Hospital North in Indianapolis but would have some coverage at Community Hospital in Anderson.
This role is supported by 3 other physicists that are under the direction of the Community Hospital Chief Physicist.
The facility is equipped with 2 new Varian Truebeams.
The facility has an active HDR program using Elekta's Flexitron HDR and Oncentra Treatment planning system.
Varian Eclipse and Brainlab Elements is used for Treatment Planning

Qualifications for this position include:
A board certification by the American Board of Radiology in Therapeutic Medical Physics, or board eligibility as demonstrated by graduation from a CAMPEP accredited residency in therapy physics.
Experience in conducting quality assurance testing is a plus.
Strong background in all aspects of radiation oncology physics including special procedures.
