INphysics is seeking a full time Therapy Medical Physicist based in Indianapolis, IN to join our growing team in Indiana. Clinic Information: 

• The facility is part of the Community Hospital System and The Cancer Center is affiliated with MD Anderson.
• This position would be mainly based out of the Community Hospital North in Indianapolis but would have some coverage at Community Hospital in Anderson.
• This role is supported by 3 other physicists that are under the direction of the Community Hospital Chief Physicist.
• The facility is equipped with 2 new Varian Truebeams.
• The facility has an active HDR program using Elekta's Flexitron HDR and Oncentra Treatment planning system.
• Varian Eclipse and Brainlab Elements is used for Treatment Planning

Qualifications for this position include: 

• A board certification by the American Board of Radiology in Therapeutic Medical Physics, or board eligibility as demonstrated by graduation from a CAMPEP accredited residency in therapy physics. 
• Experience in conducting quality assurance testing is a plus. 
• Strong background in all aspects of radiation oncology physics including special procedures.
