Sentara Healthcare is hiring a Radiation Oncology Medical Physicist at Sentara Beach General in Virginia Beach, Virginia.   Under the direction of the Director of Radiation Oncology Physics, the successful candidate will provide high quality therapeutic medical physics services within a dynamic team that supports a broad profile of advanced treatment modalities across a network of 7 clinics in the Hampton Roads Region of Virginia. Areas of responsibility will include but are not limited to: supporting the treatment planning and delivery process, machine QA, support of ACRO accreditation, participation in policies and procedures implementation and reviews, and perform all clinical radiation therapy physics duties, as needed.
