Med Center Health is actively recruiting a Medical Physicist to join our team at the Barren River Cancer Center in Glasgow, KY. Glasgow is located just 40mins from Bowling Green, KY (home of the Corvette Museum). Glasgow is the ideal location to raise a family and perfect for new grads. This is a salaried position that includes no weekends, no call, and a flexible Monday-Friday schedule. Offering sign-on bonus, relocation allowance, and an excellent benefit package. 

Job Duties: Responsible for assessing and maintaining the characteristics of the treatment equipment. Performs dose calculating in an accurate, efficient manner in accordance with the prescribed planned course of therapy. Advises the radiation oncologists, therapists, and dosimetrist regarding technical aspects of patient treatments.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education & Training:  Masters degree in Medical Physics.

Licensure/Certification: Board Eligible or certified by the American Board of Medical Physics or the American Board of Radiology as a Physicist.
