Medical Nuclear Physicist
The Department of Radiology and Biomedical Imaging of the University of California, San Francisco invites candidates to apply for the position of Medical Nuclear Physicist. The selected candidate will be appointed at the level of Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor in the In-Residence or Adjunct series depending on qualifications and interests.Faculty are expected to develop an independent research program of excellence. Potential candidates are expected to have a strong background and experience in nuclear medical imaging with SPECT and PET, detector instrumentation, detector modeling and simulation, image reconstruction, and image quantification. It is preferred that candidates have a solid record in clinical and pre-clinical imaging of theranostics agents and dosimetr
