John Stoddard Cancer Center is currently seeking an experienced physicist to join our team of 4 radiation oncologists, 2 physicists, and 5 dosimetrists.
We are an all Varian site with a Halcyon, TrueBeam STx, and Trilogy (soon to be replaced by a TrueBeam) that treats about 90 patients a day. The center performs a lot of SRS, SRT, and SBRT. Also is a Center of Excellence for VisionRT since we have AlignRT on all three linacs and GateCT on one of our two GE CT simulators.
Perform HDR to prostate, GYN, breast, lung, and various other interstitial treatments using a VariSource iX (soon to be replaced by Bravos).
Applications used daily include Eclipse, ARIA, SunCHECK, SNC Patient (ArcCheck and SRS MapCheck), and several Radformation products.
M.S. in Medical Physics required.
Prefer ABR (or equivalent) board certification in therapeutic radiology.
