The UCLA Department of Radiation Oncology is recruiting a highly motivated individual for a medical physicist faculty position as an Assistant, Associate or Full Professor, rank commensurate on experience. Candidates must possess a Ph.D. degree or equivalent to apply. The successful candidate must be board certified by the ABR or ABMP or have graduated from a CAMPEP-accredited therapy physics residency program by the time of hire. This candidate will provide on-going clinical physics support and quality assurance for treatment planning, IMRT, IGRT, machine commissioning, maintenance and QA, brachytherapy, and other general clinical physics tasks.
