Varian (now a Siemens Healthineers Company) has exciting opportunities for a Clinical Medical Physicists to immediately join our team.
The successful candidates will be based at the clinical site in Thibodaux, LA.
We are looking for experienced candidates who can lead projects and also be team players with a deep dedication to clinical service. The successful candidates will be able to draw upon the extensive resources and in-depth knowledge of other Medical Physicists in the wider Varian AOS organization. There will also be exciting opportunities to participate in special projects, such as commissioning and product development thru our connections. A generous compensation package will be offered to the successful candidates.
Qualifications
- Located or willing to relocate to Thibodaux, LA
- ABR board certified, or eligible for certification in Therapeutic Medical Physics.
- Minimum of 3+ years of clinical experience (post residency) for the senior position, minimum of graduation from residency for the junior post.
- Experience with SRS planning highly desirable.
- Committed desire to collaborate and engage with all members of the team to deliver clinical excellence.
