The Department of Radiation Oncology at the University of Florida has a junior faculty physicist opening in Gainesville, FL. The medical physicist will join a team of seven faculty physicists, two medical physics residents, eight radiation oncologists, eight radiation oncology residents, and four dosimetrists. The position is for an individual seeking a rewarding and challenging experience in academic radiation oncology physics. The department is equipped with a Varian linac (Trilogy), five Elekta linacs (including two VERSA HD), a Philips 4D CT, a dedicated Phillips Ingenia MR Sim, an intrabeam unit, an Orthovoltage unit, and a HDR unit.
