Therapeutic Medical Physicist for the North Puget Sound Area of Washington State
Northwest Medical Physics Center (NMPC) is looking for a radiation therapy physicist for two clinics we serve in the North Puget Sound region of the State of Washington. Occasional backup coverage of another clinic in the State of Washington is part of this position. NMPC offers a sign on bonus as well as a relocation allowance. The qualified candidate must be board certified or eligible. Varian, Elekta, Eclipse, RayStation, Aria, Mosaiq, MIM, PET/CT, and 4D-CBCT are used to treat VMAT, IMRT, SBRT and SRS patients at these facilities. One of the clinics also provides an HDR unit and LDR prostate seeds implant. Training will be provided on the technologies that are unfamiliar to the hired physicist.
