Job Summary:  Provides technical expertise and management skills for quality control program for linear accelerators, CT simulators, HDR and dosimetric equipment.  Responsible for implementation of calibration protocols and traceability to NIST, also responsible for SRS, SBRT, Brachytherapy, IMRT and 3DXRT planning and QA. Knowledge of therapeutic radiation physics as applied to external beam and brachytherapy procedures in a modern radiation oncology department, knowledge and understanding of medical physics equipment.
