Medical Physicist Johnson City, NY United Health Services, the leading integrated healthcare system in New York’s Southern Tier region, has an exciting career opportunity available for a Medical Physicist to join our Radiation Oncology team. The cancer center is American College of Radiation Oncology accredited as well as COC and NAPBC accredited. The practice, located in Johnson City, is equipped with a Philips 16-slice big-bore CT scanner with 4DCT capability, Varian Truebeam (installed in 2017 with CBCT, OSMS and 6D table), and Elekta Synergy with CBCT. We offer VMAT, IMRT, IGRT, SRS, and SBRT. SRS is frameless on Truebeam with cone attachments available. Treatment planning is performed on Eclipse with Epic and Mosaiq EMR. QA is done with Mobius (DoseLab and #dfx), portal dosimetry, PTW 3D water phantom, IBA Matrixx, profiler, assorted chambers and electrometers.
