Medical Physics: Radiation Oncology, Medical Physics: Radiation Oncology Dosimetry
Performs daily clinical tasks pertaining to chart checks, initial plan checks, patient specific QA, or other special procedures as needed. Performs routine quality assurance on linear accelerators, CT simulators, and other devices as needed. Oversees the use of radiation in radiation oncology to ensure safety and compliance with professional accreditations as well as state and federal requirements. Helps to integrate and implement new technology and software related to the clinic.
The department currently has two physicists, three dosimetrists, and two physicians, along with supporting office staff.

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Therapeutic Medical Physics by the American Board of Radiology or related certification board.
