Medical Physics: Diagnostic Imaging, Medical Physics: Health Physics/Radiation Safety, Medical Physics: Nuclear Medicine
Marsden Medical Physics Associates is looking for a diagnostic medical physicist to join our medical physics consulting group.
Duties to include
Equipment testing for all diagnostic imaging equipment in accordance with regulatory and accreditation guidelines.
Nuclear medicine department audits and equipment evaluations
Participates in radiation safety and quality control programs.
Participate as key member of facilities dose protocol committees
Requires strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to work independently.
Candidate must be able to meet NY and NJ state licensing or approval requirements to work as a medical physicist. ABR certification is preferred, however consideration will be given to candidates that can meet the above licensing requirements.
