A postdoc fellow position is available at the University of Pennsylvania. The primary research area is clinical scientific investigations, including clinical trial related studies and Big Data analytics including machine learning/artificial intelligence. A Strong emphasis of this position will be on data mining, imaging analysis, modeling with integrated databases for ultimate decision support for individualized cancer diagnosis and therapy. Skills in computer coding and research article preparation/publication are highly desired. This position is designed to produce an excellent research-focused physicist who will have multiple journal publications. There will be ample opportunities to be involved in many aspects of national and international clinical trials. There are also opportunities to enroll in programs to fulfill the American Board of Radiology eligibility requirements in preparation for a professional career in radiation therapy physics
