West County Radiology Group has an immediate opening for a Diagnostic Medical Physicist. Qualified candidates must have a minimum of a M.S. degree or equivalent in Medical Physics, Physics, or a related discipline. Candidates must be ABR certified, however recent graduates pursuing ABR certification in Diagnostic Medical Physics would be considered. We are seeking an individual with good communication and organizational skills, both written and verbal, who is able to function both within an interactive group and independently. Experience performing comprehensive evaluations and surveys on a wide range of diagnostic imaging modalities including radiography, fluoroscopy, mammography, CT, MRI, nuclear medicine, PET, and ultrasound is preferred, but entry level candidates may be considered.
