Facility has a new TrueBeam and a single 6EX Varian accelerator. Complete array of physics equipment. Facility desires to start SBRT with respiratory gating. This facility has Enterprise Aria 13.6, but going to 15.6 in the near future. Physician and facility seeking ACR accreditation in the very near future.
The staff is absolutely outstanding so the candidate must be able to work with all others and yet provide a direction for the department.
Very nice family location with many recreational areas very near-by.
Board Certified Masters with at least 5 years experience or Ph.D. with commensurate experience. Generally, no travel, but there may be some required on rare occasion to help sister hospitals who have physics personnel on vacation.
Location is not in Tampa, but greater Tampa Bay.
