Contract Services are any form of Medical Physics services provided under contract. A Locum Tenens physicist works in the place of the regular medical physicist when that individual is absent, or when a hospital/practice is short-staffed. Locums are still governed by their respective regulatory bodies, despite the temporary nature of their positions. |
